A touch of life

Hello!!!

Back at the start of the year, while doing my resolution list, i clearly remember to write one goal saying: blog more. You can actually confirm it here.
True is that for someone who made such a promise, i have been more absent then ever. Life is keeping my kindly business, with school and now my grandmother's death, so this weekend is not being the best one ever, but i don't want to rant about sad things at all, i'm facing her departure as something good and that's how i want to keep it.

To better conversations now. I bought myself a black Moleskine 12 months Daily Planner, pocket size so i can carry it everywhere, and a couple days ago this pretty ones you see in the photo of the entry, a box of 10 triplus fineliners. Very obviously this is my never ending idea of fun, doodling, writting and whatever else i can do!!

February promised to be one very full month, with birthdays, and holidays and such good things, under this so nice winter sun that has been filling the skies!!!

What about you?

Life runs fast

...and no-one seems able to catch it.

First of all, a very Happy New Year for everyone! I know 2010 started 10 days ago, but i had no time to come around and make a decent update, so i guess it's better late than nothing.

I have been doing a lot. School started past Monday, i started knitting, i already am on the 3rd book of 2010, i have been really happy, and last Thursday i went out with Lu.

We started with breakfast at McDonald's. Pancakes and cappuccinos!
In Lu's words: Breakfast of Champions!

Then we walked around downtown for a while, and ended up in the cuttest haberdashery store, full of colors and the prettiest things.
The ladies we kind enough to let us take photos of the beauties around.

There was blue...

...and pink...

...and yellow and green...

...and the most beautiful colors one's eyes could ever see.

We ended up buying some wool, pink for both of us.

Sitting on the square, close to the sunlight i taught Lu (image above) how to do some fingerknitting. It was fun. :)

With her i know i can always have a good time.

And to finish, here is a picture taken by Lu. I'm the one on the left with the cherry pink nails, and Lu is on the right.
Now get out of here and go visit her blog, Luminous Photography.
